St. Paul and East — From I-35E south, merge onto I-494 west via exit 99B. Merge onto MN 5 via exit 11C. Take the Mitchell Road exit. Turn left on Mitchell Road to City Center on right.
Burnsville and South — Take I-35W north toward Minneapolis. Merge onto MN 5 west via exit 9B. Take the Mitchell Road exit. Turn left on Mitchell Road to City Center on right.
